Hi! I’m Sophie—founder, foodie, and fearless flavor-hunter behind DishTrip.
I created this space for people like me (and maybe like you): always curious, a little restless, and obsessed with finding unforgettable meals in unexpected places.
DishTrip began with a simple challenge:
Could I explore a city’s food scene in just one day?
Turns out, you can do a lot with 24 hours—and eat even more. I still remember my first DishTrip: an early morning flight, a list of must-eats, and a mission to taste my way through a new city before sunset. No hotel. Just one backpack, one appetite, and one full schedule of tacos, pastries, and late-night bites.
That first whirlwind trip turned into a passion—and now a growing community of fellow food-lovers who know that the best way to explore a place… is with a fork.
